    8. YouTube API Services and LITG Archive Uploader

    Legacy Garden Media LLC operates LITG Archive Uploader as an internal tool for its authorized Live in the Garden channel operator. The tool uses YouTube API Services for archive inventory and upload preparation. Use requires the operator's authorization and acceptance of this privacy notice. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Use of YouTube services is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

    Information accessed and its purpose

    The tool accesses the authorized channel's identity, uploaded-video list, video identifiers, titles, descriptions, visibility, processing status and available original-file details. We use these records to identify existing uploads, reduce duplicates, prepare accurate metadata and maintain video links. The tool also reads filenames, file sizes and hashes from source files supplied by the operator. These source-file checks are our own records, not YouTube-provided metrics.

    Authorization, storage and sharing

    Google sign-in takes place through Google's authorization flow. OAuth tokens and working records are stored locally with restricted access. The tool does not request or store the operator's Google password. Working records may be processed by authorized operators and service providers acting on our behalf to carry out this workflow. We do not sell YouTube API data.

    An upload may send a selected source video and its approved metadata to YouTube only when the operator authorizes that action and platform requirements allow it. The internal tool does not download YouTube audiovisual content, offer public account registration, or add advertising or tracking cookies. Existing website cookie practices are described elsewhere in this policy.

    Retention, revocation and deletion

    We refresh or remove cached YouTube API metadata within 30 calendar days. The authorized operator manages this process. You may revoke the tool's access through Google account permissions and may request disconnection or deletion of stored application data through our Contact page, identifying "LITG Archive Uploader" and the affected channel.

    We stop affected processing when a revocation or deletion request is received, revoke the applicable authorization where needed, and remove the associated API-derived data promptly and within 7 calendar days. We check authorization during active use and through periodic checks so revoked access is not treated as continuing permission. Removing application data does not delete videos from YouTube or the operator's original archive masters. To remove a video from YouTube, use YouTube's own controls or a separately authorized deletion tool.

    9. SMS / Text Messaging Privacy

    Legacy Garden Media LLC does not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers only as needed to operate and support our messaging program, and they must protect the information and use it only for those support services. SMS consent is not shared with third parties for their own use.

    If you choose to receive text messages from Legacy Garden Media, we may use your mobile number to send service messages about artist applications, Garden Sessions bookings and reminders, and requested support. With separate marketing consent, we may also send messages about Live in the Garden events, releases, and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.     SMS consent is separate from any other consent you provide. Providing or withholding SMS consent does not affect your ability to submit an artist application, purchase services, or receive non-SMS communications.
